Article 7: Boarding Procedures
- 1. If confirmation cannot be made, boarding passes cannot be issued for safety reasons related to card transactions, and you will need to purchase a boarding pass again.
However, if you have already issued an e-boarding pass from My Page (available from 3 days before boarding), no procedures are required on the day of boarding.
Please proceed directly to the boarding gate on the day. - 2. F-Net Reservation Members with reservations that do not involve card payment (simple reservations) must pay the fare and fees in cash or with a credit card specified by the Company at the boarding port.

Article 8: Changes and Cancellations
- 1. When F-Net Reservation Members wish to change or cancel a reservation, they must make the changes or cancellations through the internet reservation (hereinafter referred to as ‘F-Net Reservation’) on My Page before the departure time of the reserved ferry. It will be considered accepted when the F-Net Reservation Member completes the required information on the reservation change form or cancellation form, and an email confirming the completion of the reservation change or cancellation is sent from the Company. Changes or cancellations cannot be made by phone, fax, email, or at the boarding window in principle.
- 2. If there are many items to be changed in a reservation and the changes become complicated, and the Company deems it unavoidable, changes may be accepted by phone. However, if you have selected window payment, any additional charges for changes will also not be eligible for points.
- 3. If F-Net Reservation Members have unavoidable circumstances regarding cancellations or changes to the boarding date or ferry, and the Company recognizes that they cannot make cancellations or changes through the Service before the departure time of the reserved ferry, they will be accepted by phone up until the boarding time on the boarding date. For cancellations of card payment reservations, the F-Net Reservation Member will be required to perform the cancellation operation online as instructed by the Company afterward. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages incurred by the F-Net Reservation Member if they do not perform the cancellation operation.
- 4. Cancellations of reservations (including cancellations on the day of boarding) will incur a separate handling fee. Changes to reservations after purchasing a boarding pass and after card payment through the Service are free for the first time only. However, this is valid only within the validity period (7 days including the day of boarding). Changes after the second time will be treated as new reservations after cancellation, and a separate handling fee will be charged.
