How about a “Relaxed Stay” on board in the morning?
After arriving at each port, you can spend time on board until the times listed below. The “Relaxed Stay” is a complimentary service. There are no charges. Please enjoy the use of your cabin and the observation bath at your leisure. The restaurant is also open, so feel free to enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace. (Meals are chargeable.)

* There is no complimentary shuttle service after disembarking from the “Relaxed Stay” on the Shinmoji ⇔ Izumi-Otsu route. Thank you for your understanding.
* The “Relaxed Stay” is not available for customers traveling with cargo vehicles, motorcycles, or bicycles.
* Due to weather conditions and company circumstances, the “Relaxed Stay” may not be available.
Shinmoji ⇔ Kobe Route
* The Shinmoji ⇔ Kobe route does not offer the “Relaxed Stay” service.
About Reservations
For customers using the “Relaxed Stay” with passenger cars
- Please apply at the port window on the day of boarding on a first-come, first-served basis. (Advance reservations are not accepted.)
- Please complete the boarding procedures by the start time of boarding.
- As there is a limited number of vehicles, we may have to decline once full.
- Vehicles with low ground clearance or those exceeding 2.1m in height cannot be used.
- Please be aware that we may ask you to move your vehicle for operational reasons, so apply with this in mind.
- Disembarkation should be done by the customer driving. Passengers must disembark simultaneously with the vehicle.
* We do not accept applications after boarding.
For customers boarding without a vehicle
- Please apply at the port window on the day of boarding. (Advance reservations are not accepted.)
- Customers wishing to use the “Relaxed Stay” after boarding can register at the onboard information desk until lights out.
* There is no shuttle service after disembarkation. Please arrange your own transportation.
For customers using the “Relaxed Stay” as a group
- Group customers can only use the service if they have reserved breakfast (set menu). (Please inquire in advance.)
