The shuttle bus is operated by Nishitetsu Bus. However, it may be operated by other companies depending on the situation. Arrival and departure times may be delayed due to traffic conditions.

Customers traveling with pets can only use the shuttle bus from Shin-Moji Port (Nishitetsu Bus) and Kobe Port (Kobe Ferry Bus) if their pets are in small cages. (Pets without cages cannot be accommodated)

JR Kyushu Kokura Station Shinkansen Exit (North Exit)
Head towards the North Exit from the conventional line ticket gate
Continue straight and pass in front of the Shinkansen ticket gate (look for the Hankyu Ferry sign)
Descend the stairs where there is a sign for the “Shin-Moji Ferry Shuttle Bus”
Continue straight to arrive at the “Hankyu Ferry boarding area”
In front of JR Moji Station

– The bus will depart once all passengers have disembarked.
– There is no luggage compartment on the bus. If you have a lot of luggage, you may not be able to board.
In that case, you may need to wait 40-60 minutes for the next bus
