The shuttle bus is operated by Nishitetsu Bus. However, depending on the situation, it may be operated by other companies. Arrival and departure times may be delayed due to traffic conditions.

Customers traveling with pets can only use the shuttle bus from Shinmoji Port (Nishitetsu Bus) and Kobe Port (Kobe Ferry Bus) if their pets are in small cages. (If you do not have a cage, you cannot use the service.)

JR Kyushu Kokura Station, Shinkansen Exit (North Exit)
Head towards the North Exit from the conventional line ticket gate
Continue straight and pass in front of the Shinkansen ticket gate (look for the Hankyu Ferry sign as a landmark)
Descend the stairs where there is a sign for the ‘Shinmoji Ferry Shuttle Bus’
Continue straight to arrive at the ‘Hankyu Ferry boarding area’
In front of JR Moji Station
Departing from Shinmoji ⇒ Arriving at Kobe (Rokko Island) (after disembarking)

– The bus will depart once all passengers have completed disembarking.
– There is no luggage compartment on the bus. If you have a lot of luggage, you may not be able to board.
In that case, you may have to wait 40 to 60 minutes for the next bus.
