Article 1: Purpose
- These terms govern the Hankyu Ferry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) provision of the Hankyu Ferry Point Service ‘Funepo’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Program’) to members registered under the Hankyu Ferry Net Reservation Service Funet Member Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as ‘Funet Reservation Member Terms of Use’).
- For matters not specified in these terms regarding the Program, the Funet Reservation Member Terms of Use will apply.
Article 2: Scope of Application of Hankyu Ferry Point Service ‘Funepo’
- Points will be granted and used only by the registered representative on the My Page. Eligibility applies only when using the Hankyu Ferry Net Reservation Service and making advance payments for fares and fees with a credit card designated by the Company (same as the card payment in Article 1, Section 4 of the Funet Reservation Member Terms of Use). Reservations made by phone or at the counter will not be eligible. Points will be granted within 14 days after boarding.
- 1 point equals 1 yen, and you can use a minimum of 10 points towards the boarding fee in a single payment.
- The validity period for regular points is three years from the boarding date (calculated monthly), and points that exceed this period will automatically expire. Other points’ validity periods may vary depending on promotions and campaigns.
- When using points, the points closest to expiration will be consumed automatically.
- If a reservation using points is canceled or changed, the points used will generally be returned, and cash refunds will not be provided. Additionally, if a Funet Reservation Member changes their reservation after booking, points will be granted based on the new amount.

Payments made in cash, at the counter with a card, using travel agency coupons, ferry tickets, shipping exchange tickets, points, or vouchers will not be eligible for point grants. However, if the additional amount for a prepayment card payment (including some point usage) is paid in cash or by card at the counter, points will be granted.
