Extension of the ‘Settsu’ dry dock period

Thank you for using Hankyu Ferry.
Currently, due to regular inspections, the ‘Settsu’ is suspended, and there has been a delay in maintenance work for equipment upkeep,
which has unfortunately resulted in an extension of the dry dock period.
We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience caused to customers who have already made reservations, as well as those considering boarding.
For customers who made reservations by phone, we will contact you sequentially by phone.
For customers who made reservations online, we will contact you via email.
The delay in this work process is due to essential tasks necessary to ensure safe operations.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Dates and services affected by the suspension
New Moji departs 20:00 ⇒ Kobe arrives 08:30
May 22 (Friday)
New Moji departs 18:40 ⇒ Kobe arrives 07:10
May 24 (Sunday)

Kobe departs 20:00 ⇒ New Moji arrives 08:30
May 23 (Saturday)
Kobe departs 18:30 ⇒ New Moji arrives 07:00
May 25 (Monday)

2. Handling of suspended services
① If you wish to cancel, we will do so without any fees.
For customers who made reservations online, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel through your My Page.

② Customers wishing to change to our Izumi-Otsu service or change dates will be accommodated only if there are available seats on the desired service.

We will assist you with this.
