As a result, we will waive the cancellation fees for reservations as detailed below.

• Applicable Period　：Reservations for travel from October 6, 2026 (Tuesday) to December 7, 2026 (Monday)

• Eligible Customers　　：Those who have made reservations for the Kobe route (the Izumi-Otsu route is not included).

• Procedure ：Customers who booked online are requested to cancel their reservations through their My Page.

• Notes　：If you need to cancel a round-trip reservation that includes both the Kobe and Izumi-Otsu routes, please contact the reservation center below.
