The Kobe route of Hankyu Ferry (“Settsu” and “Yamato”) is suspended due to maintenance from engine failure until September 15,
and operations beyond the 16th are also uncertain. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers.
In light of this, we will waive the refund fees as detailed below.

• Eligible Period: Customers with reservations for travel until September 30, 2026 (Wednesday)

• Eligible Customers: Those who have booked the Kobe route (Izumi-Otsu route is not included)

• How to Proceed: Customers who made online reservations should cancel their bookings through their My Page.

• Important Notes: If you are canceling a round-trip reservation that includes both the Kobe and Izumi-Otsu routes,
  please contact the reservation center at (0570-01-8989).
