About our ferry operations

Immediately after the earthquake, we conducted inspections and found no damage to the terminal or wharf, and there are no tsunami warnings for the Kitakyushu area.
All departures today from Shinmoji, Izumi-Otsu, and Kobe will operate as scheduled.

Regarding customers with reservations

Due to the potential impact of the earthquake, such as highway closures and train cancellations, we will handle cancellations for today (7/28)
with no cancellation fees. Customers who made internet reservations can cancel through their My Page.
For customers who have already made card payments, the refund will be processed to your designated card account at a later date.
