Cancel
After cancellation, a refund will be issued to your account from the credit card company you have contracted with. For inquiries regarding the refund date, please contact your credit card company. If you have not received your refund more than two months after cancellation, please first contact your card company, and if the issue is not resolved, we kindly ask you to reach out to the reservation center.
Waiting list
Priority waitlisting for cancellations can be done at the information desk onboard after you have boarded.
Truck
You cannot book a truck online. Please call the following numbers.

For vehicles with a number 1 registration, reservations can be made via the cargo dial regardless of the vehicle type.
Internet reservations are not available.
Reservation
Reservations will start at 9 AM on the same day, two months prior to the boarding date.
For example, the reservation start date for 4/29 and 4/30 will be 3/1. However, in a leap year, the reservation start date for 4/29 will be 2/29.
Additionally, members with Gold rank or higher can start making internet reservations at 9 AM on the day that is 2 months + 1 day before.
(The same conditions apply for return trips.)
For example, the reservation start date for 4/29, 4/30, and 5/1 will be 2/28. However, in a leap year, the reservation start dates for 4/30 and 5/1 will be 2/29.

Discount
You can change it after confirming the necessary documents for the discount at the counter on the day.
Duplicate discounts (double use) are not allowed.
There is no round-trip discount. Reservations made through the internet (excluding periods C and D) will receive a 20% discount.
Round trip
Even if you are boarding round trip, reservations start at 9 AM two months in advance for each leg. Please note that you cannot make a return reservation at the time of booking the outbound trip.
Change (grade change, number change)
If there are available seats, you can upgrade to a higher class.

Cuddling in bed
Elementary school students cannot use the shared sleeping arrangement. A boarding fee will apply.
One infant (not yet in school) can share a bed with one adult.
Seat Availability Inquiry
You need to register as a member to check for available seats. After registering, you can select your boarding date and check for availability.
Disability certificate
The passenger fare for the individual and one caregiver, as well as the vehicle transport fee for one car driven by either party, will be discounted by 50% from the regular price.
The standard Japanese-style room rate for the individual will be discounted by 50% from the regular price. Discounts do not apply to caregivers or transportation fees for vehicles.
The internet simulation only shows the prices with the internet discount applied.
Please contact us by phone for the rates after applying the disability discount.
Online booking is available. You can change the discount option on the reservation screen to the disability discount.
Telephone reservation / Internet reservation
Both phone and internet bookings start at the same time. Reservations open at 9 AM on the same day, two months in advance.
Additionally, members with Gold rank or higher can start internet reservations at 9 AM, one day earlier than two months in advance. (The same conditions apply for return bookings.)
About Membership

Points will be granted within 14 days after boarding.
登録方法
(1) Click on ‘Proceed to Member Registration’, then click on ‘New Member Registration’ on the member login screen.
(2) Enter your email address (login ID) in ‘Enter Member Registration Email Address’, and you will receive an email titled ‘Guide to My Page Member Registration’.
(3) Within 4 hours, complete your member registration (representative information) using the URL provided in the ‘Guide to My Page Member Registration’. Agree to the ‘Ferry Network Reservation Service Member Terms of Use’, and complete the registration process by clicking ‘Complete Member Registration’. You will receive an email confirming your member registration, so please check it.
退会手続き
(1) After logging in, click on ‘Representative Information’ in your My Page.
(2) Click on ‘Member Withdrawal’.
(3) Agree to the ‘Regarding Member Withdrawal on My Page’ in the ‘Member Withdrawal Confirmation’ and complete the process by clicking ‘Withdraw’. You will receive an email titled ‘Notice of Withdrawal from Hankyu Ferry Membership’, so please check it.
*If you have a scheduled boarding, you cannot withdraw before boarding. Please proceed with the withdrawal starting the day after your boarding is complete.

About Onboard Facilities
Charging
There is a paid mobile phone charging station on board.
Bringing in (food, stove, humidifier)
You can bring your own humidifier.
Bringing flammable materials is prohibited.
You can bring food on board, but not into the restaurant.
You can bring up to two medical oxygen tanks into your cabin. Please contact the reservation center in advance when bringing them. They cannot be stored in the vehicle.

To issue your boarding pass, you need to complete the procedure at the counter on the day of boarding.
Customers who obtain a QR code from their member My Page for ticketless boarding do not need to visit the counter.
Please have the obtained QR code ready on the day of boarding.
