About point redemption

When you register as a Fu Net Reservation member (new system member), points will be redeemed based on your member rank every time you pay for boarding.Points will be redeemed(Registration as a Fu Net Reservation member is free). *Pre-payment by card required

Redeemed points are1 point = 1 yenand can be used for boarding fees in increments of 10 yen. If you use points to pay for boarding fees,points will be redeemed based on the boarding fee minus the points used.*Pre-payment by card required

About point allocation

Point allocation and usage areonly applicable when payment for boarding fees is made in advance by credit card through Fu Net Reservation (new system).If you choose to reserve by phone or pay at the counter on the day, it will not be applicable.

Points will be allocatedwithin 14 days after boarding.will be done.

About point expiration/

The expiration date for points is3 years from the boarding date.Points that exceed the expiration date will automatically expire.
About maintaining or downgrading member rank

The application will be based on the “usage record over one year (January 1 to December 31)” for the “next year’s one year (April 1 of the following year to March 31 of the year after that).”

From January 14, 2026, reservations for companions who are not boarding will be possible. However, the amount added to the annual usage amount required for member rank upgrades will be 50% if only companions who are not boarding are reserved (for example, if normally 10,000 yen is added, if only companions board, it will be added as 5,000 yen).
About early promotion of member rank

New ranks can be applied early, even within a year.

• (1) Click “New Member Registration” on the member login screen(2) Enter your registration email address and send(3) Complete the member registration (representative information) within 4 hours from the URL provided in the My Page member registration guide

• *After completing member registration, if you continue to register companion information and vehicle information, it will save you time when making reservations.
• Please complete registration, changes, and cancellations within 30 minutes.
• Fu Net Reservation is available 24 hours a day from 9 AM on the same day two months prior to the boarding date. However, reservations are accepted until 3:00 PM on the boarding day. Additionally, Gold members and above can reserve one day earlier with “two months + one day”. This makes it easier to secure your desired room compared to other customers.
  *Advance reservations are possible only for “Gold members” using Fu Net Reservation. Reservations by phone cannot be made in advance.

• Only “passenger cars” with a driver can be reserved. Unmanned ferry reservations are not accepted. Please

• Changes to reservations made with pre-payment by card are free for the first change only. However, this is valid only within the usage period (7 days including the boarding day). Changes after the second time will be treated as new reservations after cancellation, and therefund feewill apply as per our regulations.
• Cancellations of reservations made with pre-payment by card (including cancellations on the boarding day) will incur therefund feeas per our regulations.
• Multiple reservations for the same boarding date are not allowed.For consecutive days, such as today and tomorrow, reservations in the same direction (e.g., Shimonoseki) are not allowed.Rooms will be automatically assigned at the time of reservation, but
• after making a reservation, you can change to your desired room from the reservation details → “Change room/seat”.
• *If there are no available rooms, you may not be able to change from the automatically assigned room.
• You can make reservations for up to 14 people at once.About payment methods
  For payment methods during periods A and B, you can choose between pre-payment by credit card and payment at the counter.
• (1) If you choose pre-payment by credit card, points will be allocated.

*If you plan to use points, please select pre-payment by credit card.

(2) If you choose payment at the counter, points will not be allocated.

• During periods C and D, only “pre-payment by card” is available. Payment at the counter cannot be selected.
