  • The standard Japanese room fare for one driver per vehicle is free.
  • If the driver uses a cabin other than a standard Japanese room, the difference in fare will be required.
  • If the width of the vehicle or part of the cargo exceeds 2.5M, a surcharge will apply.
  • Special vehicles (caterpillars, road rollers, heavy machinery, etc.) will incur a surcharge.
  • If the vehicle length exceeds the length stated on the vehicle registration due to loading or towing, the actual measured length’s transport fee will apply.
We also accept unmanned transport for passenger cars. The loading and unloading fees are as follows:

  • Deluxe Western-style rooms for two with pet rooms are only available in “Settsu” and “Yamato.” A fee for pet use will be added to the deluxe room fare. Up to four pets can be accommodated in one room.
    *For the fifth pet and beyond, a reservation for a pet room (pet cage) is required.
