- If the driver uses a cabin other than the standard Japanese-style room, the difference in fare will be required.
- If the width of the vehicle or part of the cargo exceeds 2.5M, a surcharge will apply.
- Special vehicles (caterpillars, road rollers, heavy machinery, etc.) will incur a surcharge.
- If the vehicle length exceeds the length stated on the vehicle registration due to loading or towing, the actual measured length will be charged for transport fees.
Unmanned transport of passenger vehicles is also available. Loading and unloading fees are as follows:

- The deluxe Western-style room for two with pet room is only available on “Settsu” and “Yamato”. When used, the fare for the deluxe Western-style room plus the pet fee will be charged. Up to four pets can be accommodated in one room.
*For the fifth pet and beyond, a reservation for a pet room (pet cage) is required.

Changes to ticket purchases and credit card payments for online reservations are free for the first time only.
However, this is only valid within the usage period (7 days including the day of boarding). Changes after the second time will be treated as new reservations after cancellation, and a fee will apply.
