- If the driver uses a cabin other than a standard Japanese-style room, the difference in fare will be required.
- If the width of the vehicle or part of the cargo exceeds 2.5M, a surcharge will apply.
- Special vehicles (caterpillars, road rollers, heavy machinery, etc.) will incur a surcharge.
- If the vehicle length exceeds the length stated on the vehicle registration due to loading or towing, the actual measured total length transport fee will apply.
Unmanned transport of passenger cars is also available. Loading and unloading fees are as follows:

- Changes to credit card payments for internet reservations are free for the first time after purchasing tickets.
However, this is only valid within the validity period (7 days including the day of boarding). Changes after the second time will be treated as a new reservation after cancellation, and a fee will apply.
