The Hanshin Expressway Route 5 Wangan Line Rokko Island North Entrance toll booth near Kobe Rokko Island Port will become an ETC-only toll booth on November 4, 2026 (Wednesday).
For customers disembarking at Kobe Rokko Island Port and using the Hanshin Expressway,
if you cannot use ETC, you will not be able to enter from the Rokko Island North Entrance, so please use other entrances such as Sumiyoshihama Entrance.
Customers using the Rokko Island North Exit from the Osaka direction can continue to use it as before.
