Cancellation and change fees related to the ‘Yamato’ cancellation

・Change and cancellation fees will be waived.
For customers who made reservations through our online booking system, please
cancel your reservation yourself. There will be no cancellation fee, but for customers who have already made a payment,
the refund to your card account will be handled by the card company and may take some time.

・For customers wishing to make changes,
please contact our reservation center by phone for assistance.
