Important Information

・ Loading and unloading must be done by the customer themselves (helmet required).
・ Please check in at least one hour before departure.
・ After checking in, please wait inside the terminal until loading time.
* Please note that loading times may change depending on the cargo situation on the day.
・ When picking up, please come to the terminal before the arrival time.
When performing loading and unloading, please follow the instructions of the staff.
