The rules for issuing receipts will change as follows, effective January 14, 2026.

The number of receipts issued per transaction will be“up to 2 receipts”from now on.
Additionally, we will no longer accept requests for “combined issuance” of multiple charges that have been settled separately.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Furthermore, customers using credit card payments through internet reservations should note the following:
– Only one receipt can be issued from the My Page, and once issued, it cannot be reissued or split.
– If you need to issue two separate receipts, please do not perform the issuance operation on My Page and be sure to
request it directly at our service counter.
