A new service has been added to the F-Net reservation system (online booking).

Please take advantage of the improved and convenient ‘F-Net reservation’!

1. ‘Gold members’ and above can make advance reservations

Gold members and above can now make reservations one day earlier, starting from 2 months and 1 day in advance instead of the usual 2 months.

This makes it easier to secure your desired room compared to other customers.

*Advance reservations are available for ‘Gold members’ and above using the ‘F-Net’ reservation system.

Reservations by phone cannot be made in advance.

2. Reservations are now possible for customers other than the main account holder.

Previously, if the main account holder did not board, reservations could not be made. From now on, if the main account holder does not board,
reservations will still be possible, and points will be awarded to the main account holder. Members will find it easier to accumulate points.

*The point awarding rate is 50% if the main account holder boards. The calculation for the spending amount required for member rank upgrades is also 50%.

3. Room number selection is now possible.

Previously, when making a reservation through ‘F-Net’, rooms were automatically assigned, but now

customers can specify their preferred room.If there are available rooms, you can choose a room on the left side facing the direction of travel, etc.
to select your desired room.
To specify a room, after making a reservation, go to reservation details → ‘Change room/seat’ and request a change from the automatically assigned room number to your preferred room.

Please note that if there are no available rooms, you may not be able to change from the automatically assigned room.

4. Reservations for up to 14 people can now be made at once.

Previously, the maximum was 8 people, but it has increased to 14. You can now make reservations for more friends at once.
