For the safety of our ferry operations, we will strictly enforce the following guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Prohibited Actions

① It is prohibited to leave it “inside the car.” Please keep it with you at all times.
② It is prohibited to leave it in a “carry bag” or any place away from your hands. Please keep it with you.
③ It is prohibited to bring in damaged or swollen batteries. Batteries that are clearly deemed dangerous are not allowed.
④ It is prohibited to leave a mobile battery charging or to charge devices like smartphones with it unattended. Please charge it within your sight.
⑤ Charging while sleeping is prohibited.

Important Notes

① Avoid charging on bedding that retains heat or inside bags.
② If the mobile battery feels hotter than usual while charging, please stop charging immediately.
③ If there is abnormal heating or smoke, please contact the crew immediately.
