Fare Upward (Shinmoji ↔︎ Kobe)

Passenger (Adult)
Child fares are half of the adult fare. Amounts under 10 yen will be rounded up.
The displayed fare includes the fuel surcharge and 10% consumption tax.
*There may be days when standard singles are not available.
*The deluxe Japanese-style rooms and Western-style rooms for two with pet rooms on “Settsu” and “Yamato” come with a toilet.
Note 1) The deluxe Western-style rooms for two have barrier-free options.
These rooms are designed for those with mobility restrictions, and for safety, the automatic doors open and close slowly.
Note 2) Deluxe Western-style rooms for two with pet rooms are only available on “Settsu” and “Yamato.” A separate pet fee is required. Please refer to the luggage fare section for the fee.
- Adult fare applies to those aged 12 and over.
- Child fare applies to children enrolled in elementary school.
- Children aged 1 and older who are not yet in elementary school can travel free with one adult. However, if using a cabin other than a standard Japanese-style room, a child fare is required.
- If using cabins other than standard Japanese or Western-style rooms with fewer than the maximum capacity, a charter fee may apply. Please contact us for details.
- Karaoke rooms are available on all ships.
Automobile Transport Fare
The displayed fee includes the fuel surcharge and 10% consumption tax.
(The fuel surcharge does not apply to the 1M additional fee)

- Vehicles over 6M may be treated as trucks, so please contact us for details.
- For transport fares for vehicles other than passenger cars,please contact us.
- The standard Japanese-style room fare for one driver per vehicle is free.
- If the driver uses a cabin other than a standard Japanese-style room, the difference in fare will be required.
- If the vehicle width or part of the cargo exceeds 2.5M, a surcharge will apply.
- Special vehicles (e.g., caterpillars, road rollers, heavy machinery) will incur a surcharge.
- If the vehicle exceeds the length stated on the registration due to loading or towing, the actual measured length will determine the transport fee.
We also accept unmanned transport of passenger cars. Loading and unloading fees are as follows:

Motorcycle and scooter transport fare (special luggage fare)
The displayed fare includes the fuel surcharge and 10% consumption tax.
- Passenger transport fare is required separately.
- Motorcycles with sidecars, bike trailers, and trikes will be charged the passenger car transport fare.
Luggage Fare
Luggage fare includes 10% consumption tax. The fuel surcharge does not apply.

- Bicycles that exceed 2M in total length when folded are classified as special luggage.

- Light vehicles for children or patients and strollers are treated as bicycles.
- Pet rooms are available on all ships.
- One cage is required for each dog or cat, and one cage is needed for other pets (hamsters, birds, etc.).
- Deluxe Western-style rooms for two with pet rooms are only available on “Settsu” and “Yamato.” When used, the fare for the deluxe room plus the pet fee will be charged. Up to four pets can be accommodated in one room.
*For the fifth pet and beyond, a reservation for a pet room (pet cage) is required.
Cargo Transport Fare
The displayed fare includes the fuel surcharge and 10% consumption tax.

- *Cancellation fees for pet room usage and charter fees will be handled the same as other cabins.

- Cancellation of reservations (including on the day of boarding) will incur a fee.
Changes to credit card payments for online reservations are free for the first time only.
However, this is only valid within the validity period (7 days including the day of boarding). Changes after the first time will be treated as new reservations after cancellation, and fees will apply.
