There have been numerous reports of fire incidents caused by mobile batteries (lithium-ion batteries) igniting in aircraft and trains,

To ensure safe operations on our ferry, we will strictly adhere to the following guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Prohibited Items

① It is prohibited to leave mobile batteries in places away from your control, such as in a car or inside a carry bag.
Please keep them within your reach at all times.
② It is prohibited to bring in damaged or swollen batteries. Any battery deemed clearly dangerous is not allowed.
③ It is prohibited to leave mobile batteries charging or to charge devices like smartphones with them unattended. Please charge them within your sight.
④ Charging while sleeping is prohibited.

Important Notes

① Avoid charging on bedding that retains heat or inside bags.
② If the mobile battery feels hotter than usual while charging, please stop charging immediately.
③ If you notice abnormal heating or smoke, please contact the crew immediately.
